Fulltime CNA: $3,000 Part-time CNA: $1,500 Willow Valley Communities wages are determined on an experience based pay scale. Responsibilities: Care for Residents in a skilled care setting under direction of nursing and medical staff. Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine Residents' needs. Bathes, dresses, and grooms Residents, as part of their Activities of Daily Living. Toilets Residents according to schedule and as needed. Will document care on computer system. Creates a positive, encouraging and educational environment for Team Members. Ensures consistency among Supportive Living Communities in all operations, policies and procedures. Serves as a mentor/preceptor to new Nursing Assistants during orientation and as needed.
